A Day in Antwerp

Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.”  ~ Dr. Seuss
.

Paris and I went to Antwerp. We first visited the park where we had a picnic. After lunch we headed toward the 'Meir'. We were looking for clothes and both had something in mind, though it was very hard to find what we were looking for. Most of the shops were offering pretty much the same clothes; Boho style. I know summer is coming along with the festivals, but does that mean that every shop had to sell the same style? It was somehow very disappointing. But we managed to find some things to our liking. We bought new shoes, two skirts and a few crop tops. I think we will be searching the web for more modern pieces soon. Besides that we had a lot of fun. We drunk bubble tea and smoothies, which both were ideal beverages for warm weather. Time passed by so quickly and before we knew we had to catch the bus back home.

Summers are perfect for picnics! I love boho style and get wrapped up in all the beautiful prints, but I have to restrain myself from buying them, because I'm trying to make my life easier and cultivate a minimal wardrobe, so that even if I'm lazy in the morning, I can throw on anything and it'll match. And omg bubble milk tea if my favorite :D Loving the mustard overall dress and palm print sneakers! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's
